The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling sales inquiries from clients via various communication channels, providing commercial support, and issuing quotations in a timely manner. The position requires both office-based responsibilities and occasional onsite client visits.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Engagement:Promote and sell Alberta products and services.
Handle sales inquiries face-to-face, through emails, phone calls, and other electronic means.
Understand client requirements, guide them towards workable solutions within their budgets, and issue quotations in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Prepare and issue accurate quotations and documentation in line with company policies.Operational Efficiency:Maintain and update ERP and web (E-commerce) systems.
Handle administrative tasks related to the Commercial Department.
Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable.
Cover reception/front office duties in the absence of the full-time administrator.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and review proposals.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.Client & Supplier Relations:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and review technical proposals.
  • Act as a central contact for clients during the inquiry and quotation process.
  • Attend onsite meetings, site visits, and surveys to recommend solutions based on customer needs.

ERP and E-commerce: Familiarity with ERP systems and experience managing online sales or E-commerce platforms is preferred.
Client Interaction: Experience in customer-facing roles, handling inquiries, negotiating pricing, and providing technical support both in-person and remotely.
Driving License: A valid driving license is required, with flexibility to attend onsite client meetings and surveys.
