  • Handle activations and migrations of various accounts within a set timeframe
  • Ensure all request received abides to Company policies
  • Oversee mobile phone stock and logistics.
  • Issue mobile phone contracts and sales from POS and from third party
  • Communicate with various stakeholders
  • Handle data meticulously as per Data Processing legislations
  • Support team members as required
  • Data inputting
  • Make use of various IT applications
  • Liaise with customers and other stakeholders to install, service and maintain our services
Outbound Sales Courier
  • Proactively contact customers prior to delivery to schedule dates and times, ensuring contract owners are prepared to sign.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring efficiency.
  • Flexibly adjust delivery times according to customer requirements and departmental service level agreements.
  • Familiarize yourself with the basic terms and conditions of the products being delivered.
  • Effectively persuade customers to accept and sign contracts by reiterating product benefits.
Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience
  • Previous experience in administration roles will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess good team communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and tackle challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Can do attitude
  • Well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
