- Handle activations and migrations of various accounts within a set timeframe
- Ensure all request received abides to Company policies
- Oversee mobile phone stock and logistics.
- Issue mobile phone contracts and sales from POS and from third party
- Communicate with various stakeholders
- Handle data meticulously as per Data Processing legislations
- Support team members as required
- Data inputting
- Make use of various IT applications
- Liaise with customers and other stakeholders to install, service and maintain our services
- Proactively contact customers prior to delivery to schedule dates and times, ensuring contract owners are prepared to sign.
- Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring efficiency.
- Flexibly adjust delivery times according to customer requirements and departmental service level agreements.
- Familiarize yourself with the basic terms and conditions of the products being delivered.
- Effectively persuade customers to accept and sign contracts by reiterating product benefits.
- Previous experience in administration roles will be considered an asset
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess good team communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and tackle challenges with a positive attitude.

- Well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
