We are searching for a green-thumbed Florist who love blooms and enjoy making flower arrangements, bouquets and anything related to flowers and beautiful gifts.Florist - Min 1 year working experience in floral industry Able to communicate in English Able to work overtime during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and wedding season etc) Ensure an adequate availability of flowers to meet daily sales and customer needs Responsible for the visual display of flowers in the shop Handle requests for predesigned arrangements and custom orders Advice customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity Manage direct walk-ins, phone, and online requests Create floral decor and lead floral installation for the hotels, lobbies and others as specified by the company and follow the standing order of the customers Ensure the flowers are wrapped or have a note attached as required Use creativity in picking and cutting flowers to produce visually appealing arrangements in such a way that the flowers reach their destination safely and remain beautiful. Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the superiors. Take care of flower decoration on tables and other places at events (weddings, fairs...) of private persons/enterprises
Sort out plants; stock and present them in sales outlet
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Deliver orders
Manage stocks and order plants, products and garden accessories from wholesalers or suppliers
Receive payments
Receive goods. Keep tally
Inform customer about extra services (discount, delivery, free credit, fidelity card)
Make decorations for headwear (ribbons, feathers, flowers)
Welcome customer. Inform and advise customer about plants or garden accessories
