Engage customers, sell/rent ladies’ hats, men's formal wear, and graduation attire, provide exceptional service, and achieve sales targets.As a full-time sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers and promote the sales or rental of our products, which include ladies’ hats, men's formal wear, and graduation attire. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Actively listen to their requirements and offer suitable product recommendations. - Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including the features, materials, and pricing details of ladies’ hats, men's formal wear, and graduation attire. Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry knowledge. - Sales and Rentals: Promote the sale or rental of our products based on customer preferences. Explain the benefits and unique selling points of each item, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. - Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and efficiently. Ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for each customer. - Inventory Management: Assist in managing and organizing inventory, including restocking merchandise and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Collaborate with the store manager to keep track of popular items and make recommendations for stock replenishment. - Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the presentation and arrangement of products on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and attractive display. Assist in creating eye-catching product displays to attract customer attention. - Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging customers, cross-selling products, and closing sales effectively. - Upselling and Add-on Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and suggest complementary items to enhance customer purchases. Encourage customers to consider additional accessories or related products to increase overall sales. - Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system. Maintain cash register balances and follow proper cash-handling procedures. Organise departments, stocks and supply (order further supply, remove faulty goods...)
Maintain and clean sales area and products in the department.
Prepare articles (label, theft protection, tag...) and display them in shop or stand
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Welcome customer. Determine his/her wishes and advise on products and services
Receive payments
Assist with trying on clothes and accessories and give professional opinion on fit
