- Open and close the showroom and ensure the showroom and vehicles are maintained in excellent condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to queries and assisting them throughout the sales process.
- Promote and sell vehicles while increasing brand awareness.
- Assess customer needs and assist them in selecting the most suitable vehicle.
- Explain vehicle features and specifications and conduct test drives.
- Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales and collect payments including cash, loan, or cheque deposits.
- Coordinate the preparation of vehicles for delivery and ensure a professional handover to customers.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and report issues to the Sales Manager when required.
- Report any showroom maintenance or cleaning requirements to ensure franchise standards are maintained.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, technologies, and competitor products.
- Assist with vehicle launches, promotional events, and marketing initiatives when required.
- Attend company training sessions locally or abroad when necessary.
- Follow all company policies, franchise standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Sales or Brand Manager.
- Good understanding of leasing concepts and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Maltese (spoken and written).
- Flexible approach to work with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure in a sales environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms will be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in automotive or sales roles will be considered an advantage.
