A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a native Greek VIP Team Lead to join a rapidly growing igaming operator with several brands operating on the Greek market. With their growth, they are more than doubling their VIP team over the coming months, and they need strong Team Leaders to motivate, educate and lead their VIP account managers to be top performers.The company's projected growth leaves ample space for professional growth if you are looking for a company able to offer you a rocket career - this is really a brilliant opportunity, and it pays a very good salary of €45-48K basic + KPI-indicative bonus!Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall running of the VIP team with 6 Account Managers
  • Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles
  • Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs
  • Lead and guide team to systematically hit KPI targets
  • Develop existing procedures and implement enhanced processes
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
  • Weekly reporting on team and market performance
  • Conduct regular 1 2 1’s & performance management
  • Workforce-planning and management (scheduling shifts, managing absences etc)
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years in VIP management in igaming B2C for the Greek market
  • Native Greek-speaker
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Passionate about VIP management, and always up-to-date on industry trends
  • Previous Team Lead experience
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Extremely results oriented
  • Process-driven and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Highly computer and internet literate with good presentation & reporting skills
About this role
  • Office-based in Mriehel, Malta
  • Working-hours 9-18 Mo-Fri and weekends on a rota-basis
  • €45-48K basic with excellent bonus - OTE €70K incl bonus!
