- Advising existing and potential clients
- Keeping abreast of economic, market developments and investment products;
- Advising existing and potential clients on investments which fall within the company's parameters;
- Prospecting for new clients;
- Carrying out regular investment reviews in order to ascertain that client portfolios remain suitable and in line with the clients' knowledge, experience, investment objectives, sustainability preferences, financial situation, and risk profile and advising on investment decisions in accordance with the Company's parameters and recommended lists of securities and products;
- Keeping abreast of economic, market developments and investment products;
- Maintaining an up-to-date client database and working closely with the support team to perform all required ongoing due diligence on clients to ascertain that client details in the company's system are correct and compliant with the established procedures and regulatory obligations;
- A banking & finance or similar MQF level 6 degree;
- Strong interpersonal skills with focus on customer-centricity;
- Previous working experience as an investment advisor (and/or having been previously approved by the MFSA for a similar role) would be considered an asset;
- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently;
- Fluency in English and Maltese is a must.
