- Assist in the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for assigned client portfolios.
- Support with bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and data entry.
- Help prepare VAT returns and assist in the submission of statutory documentation.
- Maintain proper filing systems and accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet internal deadlines and client deliverables.
- Contribute to ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or office administration will be considered an advantage, but is not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Maltese is considered an asset.
- An interest in pursuing a career in accounting or finance.
- A good level of organisation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
