This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.Support and work closely with the Research & Development group to ensure implementation of the Baxter quality policies to improve product quality and ensure regulatory compliance, while performing related duties as required that contribute to development and sustaining of products and processes.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Support and work closely with the Research & Development for a particular project to:

Perform standard engineering assignments and document reviews to support change controls for a particular project
Support product verification testing to ensure product conformance to specifications.
Assist cross-functional teams and Baxter plants to identify compliance risks as part of product lifecycle management support.
Knowledge of the DMAIC tools to guide R&D Engineers when investigating suspect results as part of the project assigned
