Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Appointment Setter, with the chance to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in communication and enjoy engaging with clients. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our dedicated sales team.Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients in the Dutch/Flemish-speaking market to identify and generate leads.
  • Present our services effectively to schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
  • Provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies and appointment-setting processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client appointments.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
