- Legal analysis on commercial, corporate, data protection, employment, gambling, competition and social and responsible gaming matters
- Draft commercial agreements relating to advertising, payment services, data protection, game suppliers and affiliates
- Research jurisdictional regulations and provide conclusive information to relevant stakeholders
- Draft simple legal documents including resolutions, letters, NDAs, POAs and handling of basic corporate changes
- Draft of terms and conditions, policies and procedures
- Support DD and EDD processes
- Collaborate closely with team members and other stakeholders
- LLB
- 3+ years experience of working as a lawyer
- Previous experience of working within igaming in the legal department
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of commercial and integrity policies adopted internationally
- Responsive and responsible
- Strong team-player skills and keen to learn
- Ability to deliver qualitative work to tight deadlines
- Office-based in Gzira, Malta
- Flexible employment terms (hours and working from home, depending on performance and business requirements)
