- Maintain analytical dashboards to forecast performance, identify growth, and monitor competitive movements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategies ensuring every decision is backed by solid evidence.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using performance metrics, turning insights into actionable improvements that support business goals.
- Source and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships, both locally and internationally.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and reports on both existing and prospective revenue streams.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and identifying new market opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering persuasive pitches and proposals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong project management abilities and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
