
Reception and Client Support (Maltese Speaking)

- Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls, ensuring courteous and efficient communication;
- Record customer requests in the ticketing system with accuracy and proper categorization;
- Track and follow up on open tickets, ensuring all issues are resolved by the end of the working day;
- Manage customer interactions with care and professionalism, always representing the company in a positive manner;
- Review the daily status of monitored systems, update tracking sheets, and maintain accurate records;
- Enter payment data into Excel with precision, maintaining accurate records for reporting and compliance;
- Keep documentation, records, and filing systems (digital and physical) well-organized and up to date;
- Prepare and submit daily reports, logs, and updates in a timely manner;
- Coordinate the Operations Director's calendar, scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments;
- Provide support with task management, reminders, and prioritization of responsibilities;
- Assist in drafting documents, compiling reports, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles will be considered an advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Skilled at managing sensitive customer interactions with tact and discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Maltese;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively;
- Presentable, professional, and approachable demeanor;
- Dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
