Support the team in the Validation of New Processes to the Plant, Process improvements, MIPs, SNCs, and NPDs.
Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc.
Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements.
Lead assigned projects; create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are respected.
Continuously interacts with all the required functions and individuals ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
Ensures identification and communication of projects risks to superiors
Other areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, PFMEA, Digitization and Data Integrity.
Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities

Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting and be resourceful to a large manufacturing department.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements.
Demonstrated competences in all aspects of project management.
Excellent communication skills and a team player

Education and/or experience

Engineering Degree or Equivalent in a related field.
0 to 3 years of experience, however any experience within manufacturing is considered an asset.
