- Lead, supervise, and support Rostering Officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs within the rostering team.
- Develop, manage, and finalise monthly rosters to optimise workforce efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor daily operations and proactively adjust staffing levels in response to changing service demands.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Facilities, Accounts), managers, and clients to ensure seamless coordination of scheduling requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shifts, attendance, and leave.
- Resolve complex rostering issues and address employee and client scheduling concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in an on-call rota, shared collaboratively between Officers and Executives.
- Proven experience with rostering/scheduling software (e.g. Deputy) Microsoft Excel.
- Effective leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a high level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards.
