Our client, which is one of Malta's leading CSPs, is currently on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Corporate Officer to join their growing team of professionals within the field.As a Senior Corporate Officer, the role centres on managing day-to-day client needs while applying company law, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations in a practical, solutions-driven way. You'll be providing clients with clear, well-rounded guidance by identifying relevant legal, fiscal, and accounting considerations and understanding the wider business context in which they operate. You'll attend corporate meetings and handle minute-taking, liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers, and manage due-diligence requirements as part of our KYC processes. The position also includes offering support and oversight to more junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.The perfect candidate for this position must have a good understanding of Maltese company law, must be fluent in written and spoken English, and must have previous experience in a similar role.
