- You are leading the strategic planning process at business unit and department level from bi-annual planning to monthly reporting.
- Define the scope, goals, deliverables, cost, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones together with the Senior Management Team.
- You prepare, moderate and keep minutes of monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.
- From conception and planning through to execution and results: you take end-to-end responsibility for projects, manage risks, issues and change control, ensuring regular communication to the project team.
- Manage project team members and be the central interface to all stakeholders and involved departments.
- Make recommendations on solutions in order to resolve issues.
- Continuously develop the PMO department's processes, tools and best practice.
- Qualification. You are holding a Bachelors' or Masters' degree.
- Experience. You bring relevant experience from a similar role, or as a management consultant .
- Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable.
- Stakeholder. You have an excellent command of building and managing work relationships with shareholders, C-level and senior management and thrive while collaborating closely.
- Consulting. Advising and accompanying your stakeholders in their decision making.
- Analytical. Approaching problem-solving in a very thought through and analytical way.
- Solution-oriented & hands-on. Being focused on achieving excellent results and able to challenge the status quo showing confidence in your abilities and knowledge.

- Travel. Working with different stakeholder across the company, you are open to regularly travel to other Tipico offices.
