Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Interior Designer to join our client's team. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality interior design projects, from concept development through to execution and final certification. Reporting to senior leadership, this position involves both creative and technical responsibilities, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks. The role also includes supporting team coordination, contributing to innovative design solutions, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead and support all phases of interior design projects, from concept to completionAssist in managing the Interior Design team and coordinating project activitiesDevelop client briefs and propose creative, functional design solutionsProduce and review technical drawings, specifications, and procurement documentationMonitor project quality, site compliance, and ensure adherence to regulationsKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projectsStrong knowledge of Maltese construction standards and regulationsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS OfficeExcellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams#LI-DNP
