A Malta-based professional services organization offering a comprehensive suite of corporate and advisory solutions to both local and international clients is looking for a Junior IT Executive to join their team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the IT Manager and will be provided with ongoing support and guidance to develop their IT skills.This is an hybrid role and offers a salary of €21K.Role and Responsibilities
  • Assist with routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including setting up new workstations
  • Resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site
  • Support data accuracy through regular data cleansing, as directed by the IT Manager
  • Learn and adapt to multiple systems and new tools as needed to meet operational demands
  • Support the IT team in ensuring smooth and continuous IT operations
Education, Skills and Experience
  • MQF Level 4 or higher qualification in ICT
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, and/or MCSE are a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and confident using computers and phones
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach
  • Flexible and eager to learn new technologies
  • Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently
  • Able of working independently as well as part of a team
