- Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Stocktake and order supplies for your station.
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required.
- Plate and present meal items in line with Head Chef standards and requirements.
- Discard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proven commercial kitchen experience.
- Ability to work well in a team and to collaborate with all staff in the restaurant.
- Secondary school minimum level of education; Computer literacy.
- Formal Education in Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Food Handling Licence B
- Skills Pass Certificate
