On-site troubleshooting & repairs covering everything from IT infrastructure to end-user devices.
Preventive maintenance anticipating and resolving issues before they impact operations.
Hardware upgrades & rollouts implementing improvements to keep systems performing at their best.
Emergency callouts respond quickly and effectively when downtime isn't an option.
Documentation & communication maintaining clear, accurate records and keeping stakeholders informed.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with IT hardware and both active & passive infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting ability with an eye for detail and quality.
Professional, confident communicator with client-facing experience.
Pride in workmanship from clean cable management to seamless project delivery.
Valid driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use; alternative transport arranged where needed).
