- Support the CRM Managers with the creation of customer emails for below the line (BTL) Casino retention campaigns across a variety of brands, markets and languages.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure email content is compelling, on-brand, compliant and localised.
- Implement dynamic content, personalisation, and interactive elements within the email to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Test emails for compatibility across different email clients to ensure consistent rendering and performance.
- Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of emails.
- Regularly review competitor campaigns to ensure that Betsson Group remains competitive in the email marketing space.
- Use JIRA to effectively participate in managing CRM projects and communicate with all teams and relevant stakeholders involved.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks. These tasks may involve creating landing pages, configuring player rewards, uploading banners and content to the website, as well as requesting and coordinating design, content creation, and localisation.
- Collaborate with copywriters and the design team to develop engaging global and local content and visually appealing artwork for emails.
- Collaborate with CRM Online Comms Design Manager to improve email templates and customisable features.
- Offer feedback on enhancements to CRM tools and features.
- At least one year of experience in the iGaming industry or in a role with similar responsibilities
- Strong ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions
- A genuine passion for the online casino industry
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience using Jira
