- Conduct site inspections and take accurate measurements for HVAC ductwork installations
- Interpret technical drawings and convert them into fabrication plans
- Supervise and participate in ductwork production using galvanised sheet metal and phenolic systems
- Operate and oversee factory machinery such as bending machines, presses, and welding equipment
- Coordinate factory and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation quality
- Proven experience in HVAC ductwork fabrication and installation
- Strong knowledge of galvanised sheet metal and/or phenolic duct systems
- Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery
- Ability to work both on-site and in a factory environment
- Good understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and installation standards
