- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operational teams including CRM, Casino, Live Casino, and Sportsbook to champion and integrate personalisation strategies into every step of the customer journey.
- Journey Optimisation: Proactively analyse user flows and data to identify gaps and opportunities where personalisation can significantly improve the customer experience, drive engagement, and increase player value.
- Testing & Analysis: Design, implement, and meticulously analyse A/B and multivariate tests across our platforms to validate hypotheses and continuously optimise our personalisation efforts.
- Technology & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external technology providers and become a super-user of our third-party personalisation platforms, ensuring we are leveraging their full potential.
- Innovation & Improvement: Support the design of new in-house personalisation tools by providing expert feedback with user needs at the core.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by following the latest industry trends and innovations in personalisation, AI, and customer experience within iGaming and beyond.
- Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar role (e.g., CRM, Digital Marketing, Product, or UX) within a fast-paced digital environment. Proven experience within the iGaming industry is a must.
- Mindset: You are naturally curious, hands-on, and a self-motivated learner who is eager to explore all aspects of our product, competitors, and the market.
- Technical Acumen: You have a solid understanding of personalisation concepts, including segmentation, recommendation models, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Data-Driven: You are a data-informed decision-maker, skilled at analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or SQL is highly desirable.
- Practical Skills: Hands-on experience with major CRM systems is highly beneficial. A strong advantage would be a working knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic coding skills for campaign setup, and experience leveraging modern AI tools.
- User-Centric: You possess a strong knowledge of user experience (UX/UI) principles and best practices and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with design and product teams.
