We are on the look out for a corporate and commercial lawyer to join a reputable firm.Responsibilities will include:

Assisting on a variety of corporate law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence exercises, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance matters (including shareholders' agreements) and general corporate law mandates
Drafting of commercial contracts
Assistance with company incorporations, the preparation of MBR statutory forms and filings with the Malta Business Registry

Requirements

Warranted lawyer, admitted to practice before the Maltese Courts
4+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience or an interest in tax will be considered an asset, but not a requirement
Experience in dealing with listed entities will be considered an asset, but not a requirement.
