Medical Sales Representative

• Build and develop strong relationships with new clients and Key Opinion Leaders, as well as maintaining existing ones.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of the products within the assigned portfolio.
• Visit clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other health related establishments to promote the Company's brands/products.
• Focus on driving growth in relation to the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
• Stay up-to-date with new developments in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and its products.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends and insights.

• Have a degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing—or related fields.
• Have proven experience in a similar position.
• Be computer literate.
• Have a clean police conduct certificate and a valid driving license.
• Be able to promote represented brands through interactions with healthcare professionals and key clients in both public and private healthcare settings
• Have excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• Be extremely organised and have good time management skills.
• Have the ability to develop long-standing business relationships with strategic customers.
• Be willing to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Have a passion for sales and marketing.
