
Analytics Specialist - Customer Operations (m/f/x)

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights-helping the team stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct in-depth data exploration and statistical analysis to ensure every move is backed by solid data.
- Build dynamic dashboards and reports using DOMO, Tableau, or other tools to turn complex data into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports that are accurate, up-to-date, and packed with value-giving our team the intelligence they need to make game-winning decisions.
- Work with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, flag anomalies, and improve data quality - because precision is everything.
- Collaborate with different Customer Operations functions to understand their data needs and provide meaningful, actionable insights that drive performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of dashboards, reporting methodologies, and analysis techniques - keeping our data strategies sharp.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting and analysis, keeping our team ahead of the game.
- Education. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or in a similar field.
- Technical Background. 5 years experience working in a similar role with 2+ years experience in
- Python and SQL. Your go-to tools for extracting and analyzing data.
- Visualisations. Experience with dashboarding and visualisation tools like DOMO or Tableau.
- Eye For Detail. A keen eye for data accuracy, insights, and process improvements.
- iGaming. Experience within the iGaming industry, specifically within Customer Operations would be considered as a plus.
