We are seeking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and talented individual, who thrives working within a dynamic team, to join our Supply Chain Department in the role of Apprentice Purchasing Clerk.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase orders using internal software systems to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Sorting and organizing purchase orders to support the purchasing department’s operations.
Supplier Coordination & Logistics Support o Following up with suppliers to track the status of goods being purchased, ensuring on-time delivery. * Assisting the logistics officer with various processes related to shipping and receiving.Coordinating courier services, including booking shipments and tracking the movement of goods. * Preparing routine shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards.Sorting and organizing shipping and procurement documents for easy access and retrieval. * Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records within the supply chain systems.
  • Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Currently following one of the below courses at MCAST
  • Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
