We are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager.The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the school, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with QSI financial policies, and supporting the School Director with budgetary planning and oversight. The Finance Manager also interacts directly with families regarding school fees, providing clear guidance on payment procedures, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely collection of tuition and other related payments. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily cash operations and ensure secure handling of funds. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to QSI Finance. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes. Monitor and reconcile internal accounts for staff, including salary entries and personal expenses. Coordinate payroll deposits and ensure timely banking transactions. Provide financial insights and updates to the School Director, including budget status and potential concerns. Support audit processes and maintain organized financial documentation. Ensure compliance with QSI financial procedures and flag any discrepancies or policy violations. Qualifications: Strong background in accounting or finance. Experience with book keeping, payroll, and financial reporting. Attention to detail and high level of integrity.   • Responsible for company accounting, budget follow-up. Invoice. Release funds. Send reminders to financers. Do bookings
  • Check or handle personnel management: Salary management
  • Input salary data (bonuses, benefits, deductions...). Check payslips
  • Draw up documents for follow-up/manage of personnel; update (social survey tables, salary tables, holiday planning...)
  • Validate internally generated schedules (production cost, ...). Draw up summary tables for results analysis
  • Check regularity and reliability of transactions. Check financial position of the organisation
  • Check tax payer files and returns. Calculate amount of tax payable
  • Determine or introduce methods and procedures for audits. Check implementation and suggest adjustments
  • Handle files, follow-up disputes of private persons or companies (investigating the balance, exemption procedure...)
