Provide legal advice across various practice areas, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data protection, employment, and dispute resolution.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
Develop and maintain legal templates, internal policies, and contract management processes.
Deliver timely, practical guidance to support compliant and efficient business decision-making.
Review, implement, and enforce terms and conditions while handling disputes, complaints, and litigation matters.
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate with external counsel on complex and cross-border legal issues.
Lead due diligence processes to ensure compliance in multi-jurisdictional markets.
Support corporate governance by preparing resolutions, legal documentation, and internal records.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in English, with strong command in both writing and speaking.
Additional proficiency in Finnish, would be considered an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar legal role.
Degree in Law with professional legal qualification.
Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented, quality-driven approach.
