- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details, including pricing and product availability.
- Communicate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports on order status and fulfillment metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide support.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in order processing, fulfillment, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with order management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus.
