In this role, you’ll be the trusted guide for new clients as they onboard our Indigo software solution. From the very first kick-off meeting to a successful go-live, you’ll lead the entire implementation journey configuring the system to fit each client’s unique needs, delivering hands-on training, and ensuring a smooth transition into long-term success.If you're a natural problem solver who thrives on building relationships and driving results, this could be the perfect fit for you.What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding and implementation phase.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from project kick-off to post-go-live handover.
- Understand client goals and configure Indigo to align with their workflows and business processes.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to end users to ensure confident adoption.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Development) to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client requirements, system configurations, and project notes.
- Monitor client progress and proactively address potential roadblocks during onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless transition to the ongoing Support team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a related field. (or equivalent level in other related courses)
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or software implementations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Maltese and English with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability for managing multiple projects at once.
- A tech-savvy mindset and confidence working with software systems, data configuration, and troubleshooting.
- A customer-first attitude, with empathy, patience, and a problem-solving spirit.
- Experience working with People software including Payroll, HR or Time and Attendance systems.
