Workplace Type: hybridJob Description:We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Success Representative (Software Implementations) to join our growing team in Malta.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted guide for new clients as they onboard our Indigo software solution. From the very first kick-off meeting to a successful go-live, you’ll lead the entire implementation journey configuring the system to fit each client’s unique needs, delivering hands-on training, and ensuring a smooth transition into long-term success.If you're a natural problem solver who thrives on building relationships and driving results, this could be the perfect fit for you.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding and implementation phase.
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle from project kick-off to post-go-live handover.
  • Understand client goals and configure Indigo to align with their workflows and business processes.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to end users to ensure confident adoption.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Development) to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client requirements, system configurations, and project notes.
  • Monitor client progress and proactively address potential roadblocks during onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the ongoing Support team.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a related field. (or equivalent level in other related courses)
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or software implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Maltese and English with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability for managing multiple projects at once.
  • A tech-savvy mindset and confidence working with software systems, data configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • A customer-first attitude, with empathy, patience, and a problem-solving spirit.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with People software including Payroll, HR or Time and Attendance systems.
