- Develop and maintain backend components supporting financial workflows and system integrations.
- Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB to implement scalable solutions.
- Deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and EKS.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure CI/CD automation, testing coverage, and deployment reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional technical discussions.
- Resolve production issues and contribute to ongoing system monitoring and observability improvements.
- Support infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform or similar tools.
- Promote maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer and electrical engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Back-end software development experience within agile teams.
- Professional experience with object-oriented programming languages.
- Cloud-based applications, serverless solutions development experience.
- Strong experience in backend development using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS for container orchestration.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and automated testing practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
- Experience in financial systems is a strong advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis and synthesize data, and provide recommendations effectively.
