As a Digital Advisory Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping impactful solutions through data-driven insights, process optimisation, and digital enablement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support both strategic planning and operational execution.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the design and implementation of re-engineering and modernisation initiatives.Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to inform decision-making and performance improvement.Develop business cases, process maps, and transformation roadmaps aligned with organisational goals.Drive digitalisation and process improvement projects using tools such as RPA, Power BI, and automation frameworks.Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor transformation outcomes.Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business & IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths & Statistics, or similar. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.Up to 3 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, or digital innovation.
