Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs & HR, this role supports a multinational workforce and includes international travel.What's expected of you?Overseeing and implementing comprehensive HR support services throughout the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment through entire career journey, for assigned departments or teamsEnsuring daily compliance with HR best practices, ISO 9001 standards, and all applicable employment legislationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date staff records and data through HR software, including Shireburn IndigoPreparing and analysing HR data to support payroll, time and attendance monitoring, reporting, and strategic planningManaging relationships with payroll subcontractors in Malta and overseas, addressing queries and liaising on behalf of HR and Finance as requiredDrafting employment contracts, secondment agreements, internship documentation, and other formal HR documentsCollaborating with junior HR officials across the Group’s subsidiaries to share knowledge, compile documentation, and ensure compliance with Group HR policies and proceduresPromoting and strengthening the Group’s identity and culture across all international teams in line with organisational standardsConducting research and liaising with local authorities and legal advisors on employment legislation and compliance matters in Malta and other operating countriesPlanning and coordinating induction programmes, training initiatives, team-building activities, and CSR eventsManaging work permits and renewals for third-country employees as necessaryPreparing and submitting statutory forms to JobsPlus and other government authorities as requiredWhat are you expected to bring?NVQ Level 5 qualification or an equivalent level of educationStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work confidently with financial data, legal documents, and reportsProven experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing HR solutions, including time and attendance systems, rosters, and scheduling for diverse teamsHands-on experience with global HR platforms, particularly Shireburn Indigo and T&A systemsA pleasant, collaborative, and patient personality, with excellent communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentialityGenuine commitment to employee wellbeing and engagementExcellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of French will be considered an assetAbility to work proactively, under pressure, and within tight deadlinesPrevious HR or management experience within multinational corporations will be considered an assetFlexibility to travel as requiredWhat's in it for you?Competitive salary packageSupportive, collaborative, and innovative work environmentOpportunities for professional growthIf you’re an organised and driven HR professional with a passion for supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture, this is the role for you!
