We are searching for experienced, hard working and reliable food delivery couriers to join our fleet.The chosen candidate will be working as a delivery courier, form part of our fleet, and working for our clients, namely Bolt/Wolt. The chosen candidate will be responsible for completing deliveries for food and other various items through platforms provided by our clients. The ideal candidate should be: - in possession of a valid driving license to be able to drive a motorcycle - available to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays since these are our busiest times - comfortable working in windy, rainy and sunny environments since the job will be mostly on the road - comfortable with driving a motorcycle and able to drive for extended times - have a clean driving record and be committed to ensuring that no accidents are caused through reckless driving , and be willing to follow Maltese road laws and regulations at all times - proficient in using a smart phone - be literate and numerate since the job requires taking payments and handling cash, as well as giving out change at times - be proficient in English in order to communicate effectively with restaurants at order pick ups and customers at order drop off, as well as to communicate effectively with client support in the case of an issue with an order - be able to work under pressure and under a time limit - be knowledgeable about Maltese roads, shortcuts and routes - have a polite demeanor - be familiar with customer service practices and be willing to politely resolve any issues that may occur with our customers at order drop off stage - have a 'can-do' attitude - have previous experience as a delivery courier, specifically as a food courier, of at least 6 months or more - be able to take initiative and work efficiently even when not under close monitoring - be in possession of a food handling license and have general knowledge about food handling practices - able to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times Any interested candidates should kindly send a detailed CV by email, as well as a covering letter explaining their relevant experience and skills in detail.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies
