Our client, an International Residency Consultancy Agency is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their growing team.Responsibilities:

Being the main point of contact for assigned clients
Communicating daily with clients regarding residency and citizenship applications, timelines and processes
Handling the onboarding processes
Obtaining all documentation and information
Managing clients application timelines
Coordinating internally with processing, and finance teams
Handling call notes, follow ups as well as supporting the Senior Relationship Manager
Supporting with day to day duties

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years working in a similar role and industry locally
Previous experience in Advisory, Corporate Service Provides, Financial Services or similar
Excellent verbal and written English

Education and Experience

A minimum of Diploma level of Education
