Redwall Media in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Administrative and Customer Support Coordinator (French Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.About the company:

The Administrative and Customer Support Coordinator will play an essential role by using multicanal support. This individual will ensure efficient administrative management and establish robust customer support while coordinating operations with our B2B clients.Who you are You take pride in being customer service driven. You love being part of a team where clients count on you every day, and you challenge and support your colleagues to innovate, learn and deliver the best service possible.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Assistance
  • Provide direct administrative support to directors
  • Draft, review, and manage administrative documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Customer Support
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies, including policies and procedures
  • Develop continuous improvement plans to increase customer satisfaction
  • Liaison with B2B clients
  • Organize and oversee the implementation of projects and contracts with clients
  • Provide regular follow-up and updates to clients regarding ongoing projects
  • Testing and research
  • perform testing compliance and research
  • Monitor and improve the E-reputation of the company.
You will need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in French (written and verbal) and ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients through interactive media (e.g. emails, phone, etc.)
  • Strong team building, leadership and organisational change skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to work independently
  • The desire to learn and adapt quickly as well as the ability to demonstrate resilience and agility in a dynamic environment
  • An interest in progressing a career within Redwall Media
  • Legal authorisation to work full-time in Malta and will not require visa sponsorship in the future
  • The ability to start full-time as soon as possible.
We’ll love to see:
  • Experience in an agency or customer service environment
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Front, Slack
  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, etc.) and customer management software (CRM).
