Job DescriptionOur client is a corporate services provider based in Malta, offering support across compliance, corporate, and advisory functions.For the role you’ll be looking after: supporting compliance operations, assisting with regulatory processes, monitoring client activities, and contributing to the effective implementation of compliance frameworks.Location: Hybrid - Malta (2 days remote, 3 days from office after probation)Responsibilities:As an AML and Compliance Executive, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and proceduresAssist with the compliance monitoring programmeLiaise with internal departments on compliance and AML mattersSupport statutory filings and regulatory reportingAssist with regulatory audits, inspections, and visitsSupport customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring processesReport to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on compliance related mattersReview existing processes and suggest improvements in line with best practicesRequirements:Minimum 2 years experience in a compliance or AML related roleGood understanding of the TCSP industry and regulatory frameworkExperience with onboarding, monitoring, and compliance processesStrong analytical and detail oriented mindsetFluency in EnglishGood IT skillsWhat’s in it for you?Our client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
