- Maintain comprehensive databases containing security information for various worldwide locations.
- Ensure databases are updated regularly with the latest security intelligence and assessments.
- Keep the global avoidance area document up to date with relevant information.
- Incorporate new EASA CZIB publications and other regulatory security updates into the document as required.
- Respond to requests from different stakeholders within the group for security information.
- Provide timely and accurate security briefings and updates as required.
- Maintain and update security lists for flights, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate requests from Tactical and VFS teams regarding identified security frameworks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns promptly.
- Identify and escalate critical security situations to the Head of Global Security, Director of Operations, and Director of VFS for immediate action as needed.
- Implement emergency response protocols as necessary.
- Organize and host monthly meetings to discuss global security updates, challenges, and strategies with all applicable AOC and VISTA stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in aviation security or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global security threats and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in security databases and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and guidelines.
- Certification in security management or related areas is preferred.
