- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and various departments
- Maintain and update internal files, records, and databases (both digital and physical)
- Assist in preparing reports, internal communications, and general documentation
- Perform data entry, document formatting, and internal coordination tasks
- Support Sales and Aftersales teams with administrative needs, including:
- Preparing customer quotes, service records, and invoices
- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Assisting with order tracking and maintaining customer records
- Step into the showroom as needed to assist with basic customer inquiries and sales support
