As a License and Compliance Manager (m/f/x), you will be working closely with our Head of Digital Compliance Management to implement the regulatory strategy in line with the regulations at the federal and state levels.   • You will drive the creation and maintenance of the regulatory execution framework, including documentation and risk mitigation measures, as well as ensuring that we act in accordance with legal requirements.
  • You align content and format of documentation and communication for internal and external use, and you are in close exchange with the respective licensing authority.
  • You are collaborating closely with the Head of Digital Compliance Management to support business processes with regulatory advice, ensuring that potential risks will be mitigated as quickly as possible.
  • Through your efforts, you ensure that we maintain, renew and acquire new gaming licenses.
  • Acting as a compliance ambassador, you will help raise awareness and promote internally the culture as a fully regulated operator.
QualificationsWhich skills should you bring to the pitch
  • Qualifications. You hold a degree in law or economics.
  • Experience. You bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance department of an iGaming company or an equivalent role within this industry.
  • Language skills. As the #1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, German language skills are required, and as our team consists of more than 40 nations working together, your English language skills should be at a full working proficiency level.
  • Requirements. Regulatory needs are not new to you, and preferably you are familiar with the German licensing landscape, specifically with the “Glücksspielstaatsvertrag”
  • Strong communication skills. You always communicate in a friendly, confident and efficient manner with internal departments, your teammates, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented. You have experience in process design for large corporations and profound knowledge of project management.
