- Handling creditor reconciliation statements
- Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
- Help with administrative tasks and prepare audit documentation for the finance team
- Process invoices and prepare payments for local and foreign suppliers
- Handle creditor and bank reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies
- Manage daily tasks such as bank deposits and petty cash
- Handling bank deposits
- A minimum of an A'level education (MQF Level 4) in Accounting
- 2 years experience in a similar position as a minimum required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experienced with accounting software (eg. Retail Pro)
- Strong preference given to candidates with Business Central experience
- Skilled at multitasking and meeting deadlines
