  • Handling creditor reconciliation statements
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
  • Help with administrative tasks and prepare audit documentation for the finance team
  • Process invoices and prepare payments for local and foreign suppliers
  • Handle creditor and bank reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies
  • Manage daily tasks such as bank deposits and petty cash
  • Handling bank deposits
What skills do you need?
  • A minimum of an A'level education (MQF Level 4) in Accounting
  • 2 years experience in a similar position as a minimum required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experienced with accounting software (eg. Retail Pro)
  • Strong preference given to candidates with Business Central experience
  • Skilled at multitasking and meeting deadlines
