Requirements
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is desirable.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
