Support the end-to-end claims process from first notification to resolution
Liaise with clients and insurers to keep cases moving and communication clear
Assist in improving processes and delivering a strong client experience

What They’re Looking For

Fluent in Maltese and English
Basic education (O-Level or equivalent)
Any experience in customer service, admin, or insurance is helpful but not required
