- Develop complex workflows and design architectures to support the company's business objectives.
- Work with developers to address issues and resolve within given SLA constraints
- Assist with deployments and debugging of applications within the environment
- Responding and reporting critical security events, including taking corrective measures according to defined security policies and procedures
- Following up on issue resolution and documentation with vendors and other IT staff
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting productions systems with AWS, Cloudflare and Kubernetes
- Closely monitor our existing infrastructure and act if any anomalies arise as well as improving and evolving our monitoring and alerting system
- Support and improving CI/CD systems
- Proficient in at least on scripting language (preferably bash / python)
- Help define, document, evolve and evangelise high engineering standards and best practices across multiple areas
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and software delivery
- Provide consumer-focused solutions and innovative ideas to enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps role / System Admin / SRE.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent level of technical background gathered from other certifications and/or working experience
- Experience in working with Linux operating systems
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud providers / CDN - such as AWS, Cloudflare
- Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Gitlab
- Previous work experience with CI/CD
- Manage and deliver high-value projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, Aurora, and RDS would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Go, Javascript and Clickhouse is a significant advantage
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Team player and be able to work with teams that are in multiple locations

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
