- Input and maintain accounting data accurately within the accounting system
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Process and input supplier/vendor bills
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial and management reports
- Support weekly debt collection follow-ups and monitor outstanding receivables
- Maintain general office organization and upkeep
- Manage and order office stationery and supplies
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administration
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Experience with Odoo accounting system will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English for effective internal and external communication
- Flexible temporary role covering maternity leave
- Part-time arrangements may be considered
