Junior Accountant

• Oversee daily bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established internal controls;
• Prepare periodic management accounts in a timely and accurate manner;
• Compile and submit statutory and regulatory returns in line with applicable deadlines and requirements;
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management review;
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders as required;
• Assist with the preparation and submission of applications for government assistance schemes and related claims.

• In possession of a recognised Accountancy certification;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other standard office software tools.

• Strong organisational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
• Proactive and capable of managing responsibilities effectively within set deadlines.
