  • Assisting customers via live chat and email in both German and English.
  • You carry out KYC checks and verify customer documents.
  • You ensure a smooth and correct processing of payouts.
  • Involvement in projects that help improve and streamline Customer Operations.
RequirementsYour profile
  • Fluent German (written & spoken) – absolute must.
  • Very good English skills, as you will support an increasing number of international customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Desirable: Experience in customer support (ideally in the gaming or sports betting environment).
  • Beneficial: Knowledge in responsible gaming and familiarity with popular sports.
