A motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst is sought to join a dynamic Digital Team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, strategic thinking, and driving meaningful change.Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Gather and document system requirements to support solution design and procurement.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making.
Support testing, data migration, and training during system implementations.
Collaborate with internal teams and build strong client relationships.
Contribute to workshops and research to drive technology-enabled transformation.

Requirements

Basic understanding of business models, ERP systems, and IT solutions
Familiarity with project management principles and ability to create basic project plans
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Currently based in Malta

Education and Experience

Degree (MQF Level 6) in Business, IT, Computing, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar business analyst or related role
